윤하는 장기간 노예계약과 불공정한 수익정산을 이유로 소송을 제기했고 소속사 측은 전속계약 위반으로 반소를 제기했다. 2년 여간 지속되던 소송은 지난 2월 윤하가 2010년도 수익금 1억 원을 지급받기로 하며 원만하게 마무리됐다.

마음의 짐을 덜어낸 윤하는 마음을 추스른 뒤 곧 앨범작업에 돌입했다. 관계자는 “윤하가 소속사를 찾기보다 기다려준 팬들을 먼저 만나고 싶어 했다. 예전에 함께 작업했던 분들의 도움을 받아 한창 진행중이다. 6월 초를 목표로 하고 있다”고 말했다.

한편, 윤하는 ‘2011 MBC 방송연예대상’ 시상식에서 ‘별이 빛나는 밤에’로 라디오부문 우수상을 수상했다.

Younha Announced: "The target is on June, by then the Album is ready. Its been a long time, as offering chose instead of singles or mini-Album". she said.

At the end of the 2010 mini-album Younha" Lost in Love" (Lost in Love) was her last Album or (mini-album) release. For the meantime MBC Standard FM "Younha Starry Night" has been dedicated for a year and her only progress.

Last April 2011 her former agency and the revenue settlement and litigation issues such as exclusive contracts has been pretty fought. Younha slave long-term contract because of unfair revenue settlement, the agency officially filed a counter-claim lawsuit for breach of exclusive contract.

Last Febuary 2012 Younha won the lawsuit case and paid her 100 million won it proceeds smoothly and was finished.

Dispensed of the burden heart Younha zipped up her mind soon after the album went on.

Younha: " Instead of  finding a agency, i wanted to meet the fans who waited for so long. Who i work together in the past with the help of those people is in full support. My goal is this June!" she said

On the other hand, last year the 2011 MBC Broadcast Entertainment Awards Younha won the Excellency in Radio Division Award for being Dj in MBC Younha Starry Night.

오바마 대통령은 26~27일 서울시에서 열리는 2012 핵안보정상회의와 관련해 한국을 방문했다. 오바마 대통령은 26일 오전 10시 20분께 한국외대 미네르바 오디토리움에서 '국제사회에서 한국의 역할'이라는 주제로 강연을 진행하게 된다.

이와 관련해 윤하는 지난 25일 자신의 트위터에 "우와! 외대에 오바마 대통령 강림. 나 졸업했는데..."라며 "하긴 재학중이어도 뽑히긴 힘들었겠지만"이라며 아쉬움을 표현했다.

이날 강연에는 700여 명의 학생이 참석한다. 정부에서 한국외대 전체 학생 2만여 명의 명단을 요구, 그 중 700명을 뽑은 것으로 알려졌으며 강연 후 학생들과 오바마 대통령의 질의 응답 시간도 예정돼 있다.
